Prices:
Depend on event and payment ablity.
General fees to video an event are $50 per hour. (Time is usually double or triple the length of the event depending on the amount of editing required.)
For videoing an event for archival (limited editing), I charge $250 for events up to 3 hours long and will arrive an hour early to setup and get sound feeds.

A 1 minute promotional video will take about 6 hours to produce assuming the video footage is already provided. Multiple videos with similar content (eg a general promo and 3 specific ones) will take less time due to content overlap.

DVDs with case cost $2.00-6.00 each (based on quantity) plus licensing which is about $0.50 per song per copy with a minimum of $10-20 per song. Licensing costs are set by the company so I have no control over them.
