All fees (except set-up) are charged to the purchaser unless the event organizer chooses to cover them.

Per ticket fee: $0.50 + 2.9% of the ticket price rounded to the nearest nickel (eg a $10 ticket would have a fee of $0.50+$0.30 = $0.80 per ticket)
Shipping fee (per order):

• Print at home - $0.00 (more details about this option below)
• Will Call - $0.55 ($0.30 will go to you as the venue to cover costs of giving people the tickets)
• First Class - $0.60
• Priority Mail - $5.00
• Express Mail - $17.00

Will Call orders are shipped priority mail 3 days before the event.

14 days before the event, we will remove the First Class option. (If you feel your event population is closer to us (SC), we can allow first class orders for a longer period.
7 days before the event, we will remove all mailling options.
3 days before the event or when it sells out, we will print and ship will call tickets. We will ship some extra tickets to allow for more will call orders.
Ticket ordering can be closed either 2 hours before the event to allow for a printed will call list or can be allowed to run to 1 hour after the start time if you will be checking tickets from a computer.
We will notify you of all print-at-home tickets sold to allow those to be pulled from the will call tickets for at the door sales.
For all tickets sold at the door, a fee of $0.35 each must be sent to us. (Note: You may charge this fee to the customer on top of the ticket cost. You may even wish to charge a larger fee to make up for your having to process orders.)

If an auditorium layout's first event using our services sells less than 50% of capacity, the following set-up fee will apply.
Reserved Seating has a set-up fee of 6¢ per seat + $10 if we enter it. (Free to enter it yourself.)

Checks for sold seats will be sent out bi-weekly if the amount is greater than $100 with the final check for the event (in any amount) to be sent out within 7 days of the event.

Print at Home
We will ship out 1 handheld scanner (more available for higher selling events) and a base station. This will allow the ticket of each attendee to be scanned in at the door and will validate their ticket (by allowing only 1 person per barcode to enter. Counterfeit tickets will pass only if they come before the actual ticket bearer and have the correct barcode in which case our other validation methods, such as using personal identification, would have to identify the true ticket holder).

This option is available free for events selling greater than 700 tickets per show week though our online sales site. (For example, a show running Friday, Saturday, and Sunday would need to sell a total of 700 tickets for the weekend.)
For events not reaching 700 tickets the cost of this is $70 minus the number of tickets sold online times $0.10. (For example, an event selling 400 tickets would owe $70-400*$0.10 = $30.)
For some events, we will be willing to assume the risk of a shortage of tickets so you can have the handheld scanner without the worry of not selling enough tickets. (Generally for events with a per week total of greater than 1500 tickets. Contact Us for more details.)

Ticket Kiosk
This is for events selling greater than 500 tickets per 2 weeks from the machine. (150 tickets per week are needed to keep it longer so 3 weeks would need 650 tickets)
If this quota is not met, the cost is the number of tickets short of the quota times $0.40.
For some events, we will be willing to assume the risk of a shortage of tickets so you can have the machine without the worry of not selling enough tickets. (Generally for events in high traffic areas for ticket buying (schools, etc) with events needing a total for the run of the event of greater than 2000 tickets. Contact Us for more details.)

The fees for a ticket kiosk sale will be the normal fees plus a $0.50 kiosk fee in place of postage. This fee helps us cover the cost of the kiosk.
Kiosks can accept cash and credit cards. If you choose to allow cash collection, we will send you details about securing the machine.
